Oct 4, 2021 · Hey. 2009 Volvo VNL with ISX engine. Having issues with coolant lost and moisture in crankcase filter housing. 1 million miles on truck. ECM show EGR deleted but no pipes have been blocked off. Looking for suggestions on steps to diagnose coolant issue. Hate to say it but everything you said sounds normal for a 3.6 jk. Above 200 Coolant explodes out the radiator with the cap off. That is normal when burping. 3/4 on the temp gauge in the mountains trying to keep up with traffic is normal as well. If fan is running and you turn off the engine you will see/hear the coolant boiling in the overflow.
